The metalworking company had no central view of its OEE. Shift reports were compiled manually in Excel and often only passed on the next morning.
RALUS implemented an MES cockpit that shows OEE, scrap, rework and changeover times in real time. Automatic shift reports are sent by email at the end of each shift.
If OEE drops below 75%, a Teams alert goes out immediately. Response time to critical situations fell by 65%.
