The electronics manufacturer had more than 200 different paper forms in use — assembly instructions, test reports, production confirmation slips. Traceability was barely possible, and errors were detected late.
RALUS digitalised the entire process: QR-code-based identification of every assembly, digital instructions on shop-floor terminals, electronic confirmations and automatic archiving.
Within eight weeks the first line was completely paper-free. Scrap fell by 24%, average assembly time by 18%.
