SAP and MES in sync for the first time — production orders, material masters and confirmations flow automatically.
Until then, the only link between SAP and the existing MES was manual CSV exports. Production orders were maintained twice, and confirmations arrived a day late.
RALUS implemented a bidirectional REST/OData interface: orders, material masters and bills of materials are loaded from SAP in real time. Production confirmations and quality data go back to SAP automatically.
The integration went live after eight weeks. Manual double entries fell by 85%, and data latency dropped to zero.
