PLC, SCADA & HMI
From PLC connectivity to a modern SCADA/HMI system — vendor-independent, future-proof and always with one goal: operators who truly understand their equipment.
Typical starting points
- The SCADA system is 10–20 years old, can no longer be maintained and can't export data
- HMI screens are unreadable or no longer match current process requirements
- Alarms get ignored because there are too many false positives
- No central visualisation — every machine has its own panel
- Remote maintenance isn't possible or has been set up insecurely
Scope of services
PLC connectivity & programming
Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi — we program and document independently of any vendor.
SCADA modernisation
Replacing outdated SCADA systems with modern architectures, without stopping production. All historical data is migrated.
HMI design
User interfaces that operators actually want to use — clear alarm hierarchies, real-time process visualisation, optimised for touch.
Remote access & remote maintenance
A secure remote access solution with VPN, MFA and audit log. Machine suppliers can be included, and all access is documented.

Frequently asked questions
Are you vendor-independent?
Yes. We're not a Siemens, Rockwell or Beckhoff partner — which gives us the freedom to choose the solution that's best for you.
Can we modernise an existing SCADA system without buying a new one?
In many cases, yes. Modern HMI front ends can be connected to existing SCADA back ends via OPC UA, without replacing the back end.
How long does a SCADA modernisation take?
A typical project with 5–10 machines takes 6–12 weeks — including data migration and staff training.
Do you also support remote maintenance and remote access?
Yes. We implement secure remote access solutions with VPN tunnels, two-factor authentication and audit logs.
